Eating Our Way Through Lafayette LA (March 15-16, 2014)



The folks in Lafayette sure know how to eat!  In our first 27 hours we’ve had:
Crawfish Bisque
Crawfish Etouffee
Shrimp Bisque
Stuffed Shrimp
Grilled Shrimp
Shrimp Etouffee
Shrimp au Gratin
Crab Cakes with Crawfish Etouffee
Blackened Shrimp Spinach Salad
3 Pounds Bolled (no, that is not a typo – that is how it pronounced) Crawfish
Andouille Sausage

We’ve eaten food from:
Prejean’s – where we met a college classmate of Russ’ with his wife and granddaughter for lunch

Oh, yum!
